BY LAWS
Annual memberships in the amount of $20.00 are due the first night of play. No exceptions! A player is not added to the roster until it is paid. If you are starting in January membership is $10.00
1. A sponsor fee of $30.00 per team is due the first night of play.
2. Weekly fees are $5.00 per night plus quarters and green fee.
3. Any team may go to the nationals. You need 3 original team players ( A core Team) who have played @ least 8 times with same team in one session ( June 1st- June 31 st) Then you may added up to 5 players
4. No player may join a team after the 4th week exception: for survival of the team (the team has dropped below 4 players) the team may add players to get team to 4 players all additions/changes to roster after the 4 week must be approved by league operator.
5. Players are not allowed to change teams during a session. If a team is dissolved, its players may join other teams if it is with in the 1st 4 weeks unless a team is dissolved due to poor sportsmanship or unacceptable conduct

8. Forfeits: if a team reports that only 2 members are playing for there team they still must list a 3rd player as absent there handicap will be( 9 men) (7 woman) , the absent player will receive 10 points, the absent player will receive 4 points per round
10. Any full team that forfeits 2 consecutive weeks or any 3 weeks in a session will be automatically suspended from any and all further league competition.
11. All forfeits must be paid for if a player is not there it is the team’s responsibility to pay.
12. No changes are too be made to score sheets unless both captains agree. It is in your best interest not to sign score sheets be fore the conclusion of play.
13. Both teams must keep score.
14. League play starts @ 7:00 pm.You have a grace period of 15 minutes, If no players are there to start @ 7:00 pm. All matches should start no later then 7:15 pm.
15. For a match to be canceled due to the weather you must call league operator and/or other team captain 2 hours prior to the start of league. Any disagreements will be resolved by the league operator.
16. Protest- If a player is in the opinion that the opponent is guilty of a rule violation (that can’t be resolved by both captains) the team may ask for a ruling by the league operator. This must be submitted in writing with the score sheet of night in question and $10.00 from each team.
17. Gentleman’s call (you do not have to call obvious shots) banks, kicks, combos. Anything off the wall are not obvious and need to be called.
18. The 8 ball must always be called no matter how obvious it is. It is your responsibility to make sure some one sees where you are calling it.
19. Any close call shots must be called before the players shoots! Pick someone you both agree on to watch the hit. No one argues after the shot has been called (good or bad)if the person watching is unsure of the hit the call goes to the shooter!
20. Score sheets: Players may be put down in any order.
21. Any team that tie for rounds are each awarded 1/2 a point.
22. Any ties at the end of the session between teams after the last week of play will be decided by which ever team had the most wins (10’s) the last time to two teams played.
23. We don’t call push shot or double hits. These shots are very difficult even for a trained referee to call so to eliminate any and all arguments regarding these type of fouls we will not be using these fouls in our league play.
§ *Physical contact between league members
Arguing will not be allowed during league play, nor will harassing other players. Continued complaints will eliminate you team from the league.
*Sandbagging (any attempt to keep you individual or team’s
1st offense handicap will be raised w/team warning
2nd immediate expulsion from league forfeits all rights to prize money will not be qualified for higher level play.
